No staff member or maintenance worker can use Homebase to enter your unit without your knowledge. Homebase sends you a notification any time your unit is entered using Homebase.
Will I get notifications for resident maintenance requests?
You’ll receive notifications when your request is received, when work is scheduled, when maintenance enters your unit and when the work has been completed.
