How do you manage security?

Homebase Web Manager is a centralized platform to control access throughout the building. It makes it easy to add or remove residents or commercial tenant employees. We recommend the mobile access app as a first choice for residents and key fobs as a back up. If a phone gets stolen, it is password protected. When a resident logs into a different device, their last session is logged out immediately β€” instantly disabling their old device.

How do you manage commercial tenant employees?

We recommend that commercial tenant employees unlock doors with the mobile access app. This maintains security when there is staff turnover. Since no keys are exchanged, access can be revoked remotely. Many mixed-use properties choose to give commercial tenants and their employees access to amenity spaces as an additional perk.

How do you keep WiFi networks secure?

Homebase Managed WiFi provides secure, private networks for each apartment. This is safer than Bulk WiFi, which creates a single shared WiFi network that all residents can access.
