Request to delete your Homebase smart apartment account

If you’re looking to close your Homebase Payroll account, click here for instructions.

Requesting to delete your Homebase smart apartment account will immediately result in the following:

  • Immediate deletion of your Homebase account. You will be logged out of your app.
  • Removal of all identifying personal data from the Homebase system.
  • Revoked mobile access to all doors and spaces. You will no longer be able to use your app to unlock or lock doors.
  • You will no longer be able to interact with smart devices or make payments. All payment methods will be removed.
  • If you have Homebase WiFi at your community, your internet plan will be immediately cancelled.
  • Shared data with 3rd party integrations must be additionally deleted with the service provider.
